Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

  • Be able to work from home on a freelancer basis
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, live-chat or via email.
  • Turning leads into sales.
  • Handling queries from our customers
  • Deal with courier companies for shipping queries and claims
  • Native European Languages: Italian, France, German, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian.

Required Skills

  • Excellent European language skills (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience either directly within customer service or similar.
  • Good Communication.
  • Great at time management
  • Well organized and have attention to detail
  • Be familiar with online retailing
  • Ready to work from Monday to Saturday
