Academic qualifications whilst important are not the be all and end all. Our experience has shown that it's more important to see what somebody is about to do rather than what they feel that they have achieved in university or college.

As an organisation that has always looked to promote from within, we rely heavily on training and development of our most prized asset - our staff. We use a combination of in-house and external training and also a combination of classroom based and on-the-job training. Our people receive training on a variety of disciplines and this can also involve further development by sending our staff to our India office in the case of design and development skills. We encourage people that want to try different areas of work as we believe that individuals that demonstrate a passion to learn and develop and that show an aptitude, should be given every possible chance to pursue their dream. We regularly ask our team members in the UK to go to our other international offices and vice versa - our staff at our India, Australia and New Zealand offices come and spend some time at our UK office in order to gain a broader understanding of our business and challenges. Almost every management role in our company has been filled from within and furthermore, we have also seen people come in from a customer service role make their way into marketing and other roles such as systems design. We believe that if you have the fundamentals of intelligence, a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, you can learn and do anything going forward.


Our packages are very competitive and we rely quite a lot in performance related pay schemes which allow for people to earn what they want. In fact, we look for people who are hungry and motivated by success and they are rewarded better than any other company - it's the reason why we have maintained a relatively high level of staff retention. We also offer office and work environments that are clean, safe and up to date in terms of design and function. We provide five a side football matches every week for our staff and regularly hold internal tournaments for this and other sports. Our parties are famous and we hold these very frequently whether in our UK office or the others. One thing is for sure, we know how to have fun and it's been part of our DNA ever since the beginning! Our staff are frequently encouraged to visit our international offices and attend trade shows in London, Birmingham, Amsterdam, Berlin, LA or Las Vegas.
