Job Summary

The job will involve working with our international team to come up with new email marketing ideas and to analyse the performance with a view to increasing deliverability, open rates, click through rates and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for improving and innovating on our emailing strategies and identifying ways to improve transactional, promotional and informational content strategies that maximize customer retention, lead nurturing and up-sell programs.
• In the role of Email Marketing Specialist, you will be analyzing key traffic and revenue metrics on a daily basis to come up with proposals on improving performance on email marketing campaigns and to make sure that campaigns are meeting traffic, retention and revenue goals.

Required Skills

• You will have at least 2 years’ experience within this specialization of email marketing
• You will require a good command of spoken English as you will need to communicate with our London office on a daily basis.
• You will also possess amazing analytical skills and you should be in a position to demonstrate your track record of success.
• Your knowledge within this field should be extensive and you will have excellent interpersonal skills and a great attitude to work within our team.
