Role Description:

The successful candidate will take care of all customer service related processes and will work well with the rest of our Customer Service team. The candidate will also supervise financial transactions and manage all forms of communication with customers, so numerical skills as well as a friendly manner are crucial.

A basic salary ranging from 15-18K will be offered depending on experience.

The position

We are always looking to add talented and energetic members to our team and we pride ourselves on helping our team to develop their skills and reach their full potential. You will be primarily involved in optimising our website content, from writing attractive, concise and well-structured product descriptions to creating informative blogs and news articles.

You will also have the opportunity to market our brands and apply your skills in the key online marketing channels, such as SEO, PPC, Affiliation and Social Media. Although prior experience is a plus, we have experts in all of these marketing channels and training will be provided.

We are looking for a University graduate with a background in marketing, and a dedicated and professional work ethic. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to intelligently construct fresh and winning content with a clear understanding of our target audience. Experience in online marketing is a plus, but more importantly we are interested in individuals with a will to succeed in business. We are also looking for an individual with good integrity, enthusiasm and who can build a rapport with our team, both here in the UK and internationally.
